HomeWord runs SMS lines on real estate for-sale boards for Melbourne agencies. This is what happens to your details when you text one.

What we keep

• Your mobile number and the messages you send.
• Anything you choose to tell us: your name, your timeframe, whether you have a home to sell.
• Which property you asked about.

Why

To answer your question from the listing, and to pass your enquiry to the agency that listed the property so an agent can follow up.

Who sees it

The agency that listed the property you asked about, and HomeWord. We don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to other agencies or to property portals.

Three services help us run the line: Mobile Message carries the texts, AI services (Groq, with Anthropic as a backup) write the replies from your message and the listing's details, and Cloudflare stores the data. They handle it to provide the service, under their commercial terms.

How long

• The conversation is kept for 30 days.
• The enquiry itself (your number, what you told us, the property) is kept for the agency until they or you ask us to delete it.
• If you reply STOP, we keep a record of that so you are never texted again.

Stop, see, or delete

Reply STOP at any time and the line will not text you again. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected] from your details or with your mobile number.

Agencies

The buyers who enquire about your homes are yours. We hold their details only to run the line for you, and delete them when you ask.
